By booking and attending a treatment with 360° Alpine Massage, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below, and confirm you have understood.

 

Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation is required a minimum of 24 hours prior to the day of the treatment. Please note that a cancellation is only confirmed by a written notice.

1.2 Should you cancel within our cancellation policy, you will receive a refund.

1.3 Should you do not cancel within the cancellation terms, no refund will be issued. Late arrival Should you arrive late to your appointment your treatment may be shortened, or an additional charge may be added.

 

Payment

1.1 For individual appointments payment is required at the time of booking through our online payment system or by bank transfer.

1.2 For Chalet bookings an invoice will be sent at the end of the booking which must be paid within 7 working days.

1.3 If payment is made by credit card there will be a surcharge of 2.5%

 

Medical waiver & Disclaimer

1.1 As the client you agree to provide any known medical conditions that may be affected by the treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to provide this information before the treatment is confirmed.

 

1.2 Should the client be pregnant at the time of the treatment, the client must inform the therapist.

1.3 Always consult your doctor or healthcare professional for any medical attention and/or advice should you have any medical questions

1.4 Our massages and treatments are not medical treatments and are therefore not covered by Health Insurance. What to expect after treatment.

Drink plenty of water following your treatment. 

Temporary Muscle soreness may occur after treatment. 

Take it slow after your treatment, as you may experience deep relaxation
